By submitting an order the order becomes binding. Simultaneously the customer agrees and accepts the terms and conditions. Until full payment the goods remain property of Daiana's Bazaar. These conditions and terms are subject to change without furhter notification.

All prices are in Euro, the main currency on our web site, for convenience we have included a currency converter. Prices shown in other currencies are subject to exchange rate fluctuations and may change at any time. Currently, Daiana's Bazaar is not liable to VAT, the prices shown on www.daianasbazaar.com are without VAT.

Delivery & Returns
We aim to dispatch orders promptly within 72 hours of placing the order and receiving payment. Availability, prices and changes in collection are subject to alterations. Should any items from your order be unavailable for 5 days or more, you will be notified.
Please contact us via email info@daianasbazaar.com before returning any items stating the order number and reasons for the return. Swiss orders must be returned to us within 7 days of delivery and international orders within 15 days of delivery. For purposes of hygiene we do not accept returned undergarments or swimwear. Signorelli Fashion reserves the right to refuse any return when the terms are not met.
Complaints / transport damages
With delivery the risk passes to the carrier or the customer. Any complaints, such as delivery errors, need to be addressed to Daiana's Bazaar. Ask for a factual report from the carrier for damages in transit. The goods are assumed as accepted 5 days after the delivery has been received.
