Orders may be placed on line 24 hours a day/7 days a week.
Once you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your purchase and your order number.
You will also receive an email upon dispatch.

All prices are in CHF Swiss Francs, but for your convenience we have included a currency converter. Prices shown in other currencies are subject to exchange rate fluctuations and may change at any time. Prices shown are actual prices for our products, shipping and handling rates, there are no additional charges added to your order.

All orders are subject to credit clearance, address verification and complete security checks for fraud prevention. When paying for your purchases with a credit/debit card please rest assured that your transactions will be 100% safe as we use a secure service through Swiss Post Finance which uses a multi-level security system. All payment data are encrypted with at least 128-bit encryption and transmitted with a security certificate (EV-SSL). The Post Finance computer network is protected by its own firewall architecture

As all our clothing is in stock we are able to dispatch orders promptly within 24 - 48 hours of order placement and receiving payment. If your order is urgent please contact us and we can arrange an express service.

Please be aware that orders being delivered to International destinations may be liable to additional charges once they reach your country. Any additional tax, customs or import duties applied once your parcel reaches your country is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Customer satisfaction is of the outmost importance to us, that’s why we have an easy returns policy. If you are dissatisfied with any items from your order or need a different size, you are welcome to return them to us for an exchange, shop credit or refund.
- Please contact us before returning any items with your order number and reasons for the return
- Swiss orders must be returned to us within 14 days of delivery and international orders within 28 days of delivery
- The products you return must be new, unused, unworn and unwashed with all the original garment tags still attached.
- For purposes of hygiene we do not accept returned undergarments or swimwear
Returning your items to us
- To return your item(s) simply repackage them securely together with your purchase receipt and post them to the following address:

  Post costs of returning items are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Returning for an Exchange
- Please contact us before returning items for exchange to ensure that your required items and sizes are in stock. We can then hold your required items for you while we await your returned items.
Returning for a refund
- Once your return is approved, we will re-credit the original purchaser's payment method, PostCard or Pay Pal account for the sums paid less any postage costs. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Orders are processed immediately. Once an order has been processed, we are unable to cancel it. But if the goods are unwanted they can be returned to us and classed as a return.
